Nov 12th and 13th: Parent Teacher Conferences:
We have two days for Parent/Teacher Conferences this year, Nov 12 and 13.
Nov 12 and 13 are half days with 12:00 dismissal, but for these 2 half days only, we WILL BE having lunch at school (we usually do not have lunch on half days.)
AfterCare is available.
Wed Nov 12th Conferences take place 1:00-4:00
Thur Nov 13th Conferences take place 1:00-3:00 and 4:00-6:00
For ELEMENTARY students, conferences are by appointment only in your child’s classroom and you need to contact your child's teacher directly for your 10 minute conference time. Because it is by specific appointment time, the teacher would not be able to go past the end time for your appointment regardless of the time of arrival. Email the teacher or message them through Dojo to make your appointment if you want one. Please note, no appointments will be accepted after 3:30 on November 11th. Entry at the Elementary Door or the side door of the Building C Church building.
For 6th-12th grade conferences, you can come any time during the designated time frames for each day and talk to your child’s teachers in their classrooms, no appointment needed. Please keep in mind that other parents are waiting to see each teacher, we kindly ask that you be aware of trying to keep your conference to 7 minutes or less. If you need more time, you are of course welcome to schedule a private time to meet with any teacher on another day. You just need to know in advance who your child's teachers are. Entry is at the school's main entry front door.
